Gig no. 1 (photography)

Today was the first gig of many. I took photos for my friend Christina, at a zumba class in which she teaches. The energy was high and so was your heart beat.

Pink Party Review

PINK PARTY
Article by Brian Jordan

Never did I imagine feeling so much happiness, excitement and love in just a single room. Karen Jordan, my very own mother, has organized an amazing festivity regarding raising awareness for early detection for breast cancer and the money donated goes directly to the AVON Walk for Breast Cancer. At any rate the party was incredible. Thanks to an amazing team who put such an event together. With delicious food provided by M & J Bistro and gladly brought in half of there menu, satisfying everyone. The music was, in two words: overwhelming and phenomenal. The band, Wreck Age, had perfectly grasped the crowd with their special genre of music; fusing the styles of Pink Floyd, My Chemical Romance, and modern day rock and they nailed it. They had the hair of many women going crazy and had the guys rocking out as well. It wasn't only a performance but an artistic one at that. The stage had been decorated with two 1950's themed TV's. For me, that enhanced the performance, it was almost as if you listened to the music and starred at that Extra Terrestrial globe and the fire burning, the music would in a way become even more clear, making the performance intoxicating, giving you a feeling of energetic soulful rock, and allowing yourself to listen to the music the way it was intended to be. On the other hand, DJ Ian had everyone on the dance floor song after song, beat after beat. The happiness went through a process of mitosis throughout the room, letting that euphoric feeling reproduce across the souls of many men and women, pleasantly dragging them to the dance floor. I suspect that such an event with a large group of people could have created a few friends and acquaintances. Karen Jordan deserves a round of applause for her excellence and hard work put into the planning of this party. I hope everyone who attended had the time of their life and perhaps this party wasn't just a party but one with a purpose; you came to live your life and help extend the lives of many others.

Photos are being edited coming (really) soon.

I Aplogozie

I want to warn you that I will be deleting a few post, these posts will include: Asphalt Empire Prt. 1 & 2, and Night Out With Friends Part 1 & 2. This is because due to my school districts policy, I am not allowed to take photos of students on campus without parent or principal ok (in acception for the yearbook). Nor can I use them in any personal way, meaning my blog or facebook. This is a shame because I will be the only one to revisit those memories. I trying to find a district acceptable way to have all my friends experience the photos the way you're supposed to and not in the yearbook where the photo is small. The actual size, the REAL photo. If there are any suggestions, pleased do tell. I do not wish to be the only one to revisit such incredible times as an 8th grader.
